The point of this deck idea is to focus on using low cost “extort” cards with some of the best low drops in the format. Is this the best possible build out there? Probably not… but thats up to you to figure out. This is just the Idea for a deck in the Making. Will this ever be competitive? Nope… just something new and fun to bring to your local FNM and take people by suprise.
33 Creatures
4 Thrull Parasite (disrupts planswalkers) (the runner up for the lead in Twilight)

4 Gravecrawler
2 Obzedat, Ghost Council (Obzedaddy or Ghost daddy whichever you prefer)
4 Blood Artist
4 Syndic of Tithes
4 Deathrite Shaman (disrupts Reanimator plan and is awesome) (helps Victor reuse his destroyed lands)
3 Kingpin’s Pet (flying)
4 Enchantment
4 Blind Obedience (disrupts aggro)
23 Land
4 Isolated Chapel
4 Godless Shrine
4 Orzhov Guildgate

4 Overgrown Tomb
Gravecrawler becomes a nuke in this deck. Once he hits the field turn four or five he becomes like an Obzedat. They either have to take the 2 damage every turn (which they are low on life already because of all the extort) or they block and kill him so that when you cast him from your graveyard you get to extort him again. Regardless of what they do game one once he hits the field their life will be constantly dropping. Also do not forget that you will be gaining life early on so you will be so much farther ahead of your opponent right from the gate. This deck also comes with one and two CMC hate cards. On top of that every spell in this deck is a good top deck because of multiple extort triggers. The key to playing this deck is the order of play to maximize the number of triggers you get early on. So just sit back and watch your opponent’s face when your Deathrite Shaman or Gravecrawler becomes a Lightning Bolt while they are abused by “Max Extortion.”
